About your hometrip
The Journey Home 
All information relating to the journey home is found at the Help Yourself Desk. Here you will find departure lists with all relevant information approximately two days prior to departure. Look for your day of departure, so that you know when the bus arrives and which number it carries.

Important!
Sometimes we have to send a bus without a guide. Therefore, it is important that you check pick up times and bus numbers.

On the departure lists, you find the following information:
Name
Hotel
Airline and flight number
Date of departure
Time of departure from Gran Canaria
Time of arrival at your destination
Pick up time for the transfer bus at the hotel
Bus number

Before you leave the hotel, we ask you to:
Empty the safety deposit
Pay any bills
Leave the room key
Put name tags on all luggage
Check that you have your ticket and a seat for the journey home. If not, please mention this when you check in.
Have your ticket, passport and travel documents accessible in your hand luggage.

Excess weight:
The airlines have tightened the control on excess weight. The maximum allowance per person is 20 kg, incl. 5 kg of hand luggage. Excess weight costs 5 Euro per kilo. 

If you travel with Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia the maximum allowance per person is 30 kg, incl 5 kg of hand luggage. 

NOTE! HOTEL CHECK OUT NO LATER THAN 12.00.

How has your holiday been? What did you think of the hotel, the excursions, our service, etc?

A few days after having come back home, you will receive a questionnaire by e-mail, and we hope you take the time to fill it in. The answers are then processed and the results form the basis for a grading of a number of important areas in our activities.

At Sunning Resort, we always try to be better. In order to succeed, we very much want your opinion on your holiday. We want to know what you liked, what you didn’t like, and we are also happy to receive any comments and suggestions. Complaints will make us take action, and any praise makes us happy and even more stimulated. Your opinions are very important to us. Thank you for your cooperation!
