At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening deep muscles found in the abdomen and back, which stabilize and provide firmness, with the goal of teaching the body to find its natural posture. Pilates strengthens the body from the inside.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo & Bernie appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Let the creativity flow and paint your very own beach bag. A nice memory to bring home from the holiday. 

Did you know that Lollo comes from Africa? During this activity we will go out on an exciting safari adventure where we will get to know all of Lollo’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Lollo’s heritage and how she ended up at this hotel. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided during this activity.

For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

Jump up high and crawl down low. Here you can have fun and at the same time train to improve your coordination, physical strength and balance. Show up 5 min before class starts.

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Both your heart, lungs, and muscles get a thorough workout. The session is based on strength exercises performed in time intervals of about 30-45 seconds. Show up 5 min before class starts.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join this beautiful show where the very youngest guests get the chance to dance along to their favorite songs on stage. The show is followed by Mini Disco and hug session with Lollo & Bernie.

This show is all about good vibes and happiness. The show team will dance like crazy to songs like ”Footloose” and ”Push it” and hopefully get you in a sentimental state with songs like ”Everywhere” and ”Right here waiting for you”. We hope to give you a little bit of everything and something for everyone. So, Let’s Bring Back the 80’s!
