At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Bernie is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. His best friend, Lollo, is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. During Bernie's Appearance he will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet him!
