At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Both your heart, lungs, and muscles get a thorough workout. The session is based on strength exercises performed in time intervals of about 30-45 seconds. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Bernie is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. His best friend, Lollo, is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. During Bernie's appearance he will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet him!

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Did you know that Lollo comes from Africa? During this activity we will go out on an exciting safari adventure where we will get to know all of Lollo’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Lollo’s heritage and how she ended up at this hotel. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Today's theme is "Animal Theme" were we focus on learning more about animals and how to take care of them. This activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and inspired, by the traditional Vinyasa Yoga system. Yoga practice soothes your body and mind while excercising mobility, strenght and balance. This is a yoga class for beginners to yoga as well as more experienced participants. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate. Join this beautiful show where the very youngest guests get the chance to dance along to their favorite songs on stage. The show is followed by Mini Disco and hug session with Lollo & Bernie.

This show is all about good vibes and happiness. The show team will dance like crazy to songs like ”Footloose” and ”Push it” and hopefully get you in a sentimental state with songs like ”Everywhere” and ”Right here waiting for you”. We hope to give you a little bit of everything and something for everyone. So, Let’s Bring Back the 80’s!
