At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo & Bernie appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

During this walk in moderate tempo we explore the beautiful surroundings. Bring a towel and water if you want to go for a swim afterwards.

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Have you ever dreamt of becoming a doctor? During this activity you will get the chance to become one. Together with the activity team, you will get out on an adventure, that will test your medical skills. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided during this activity.

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Both your heart, lungs, and muscles get a thorough workout. The session is based on strength exercises performed in time intervals of about 30-45 seconds. Show up 5 min before class starts.

At Lollo & Bernie After Beach there will be sing-a-long, rhythmics and gentle moves for both old and young. Join us in Lollo & Bernie After Beach.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while letting your child engage in activities with our competent activity team. Please drop off your child at the Fitness Studio 5 minutes before the class starts. The babysitting option is available for children aged 3-11. By booking this, you are also signing up for the Yin Yoga class.
