At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Did you know that Bernie comes from the deep forest in the north? During this activity we will go out on an exciting forest adventure where we will get to know all of Bernie’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Bernie’s heritage and how he ended up at this hotel.                                                                                                                                              During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Animal Theme" were we focus on learning more about animals and how to take care of them. This activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

Jump up high and crawl down low. Here you can have fun and at the same time train to improve your coordination, physical strength and balance. Show up 5 min before class starts.

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. This show is all about good vibes and happiness. The show team will dance like crazy to songs like ”Footloose” and ”Push it” and hopefully get you in a sentimental state with songs like ”Everywhere” and ”Right here waiting for you”.
